Being in UK for 1 week found lot of difference between my own country Malaysia and here in UK
The things I found very different here is the people here
seriously when you crossing the road in Malaysia the vehicle will not let you pass the road
instead of that they drive faster
but in UK, the vehicles are very kind and good
they will let you pass the road first even you pass half of the road...
seriously they are very kind and good here, and that's the culture difference in my first place
I'm very happy that i can communicate with the local people here
I thought my English was not good enough, but after all I found that its really nice to chit chatting with them.
Anyway, other than crossing the road
UK people don't treat foreigners as outsider
they will explain and talk with you very friendly, found out this when I first visit to Manchester and also Whitby, they will explain to you patiently and guide you to the destination which I found really great to travel and explore alone in the UK.
Buying and shopping in UK is very different shopping in Malaysia especially when you making your payment
I was impressed by the way they serve their customer
because the people here are very organised, they will line up and waiting for the cashier to call them to pay for their goods. After paying they will greet you nicely and politely which I found really good.
Not like Malaysia, whereby people are just queuing and the cashier won't even smile at the customer.
Well talking about the weather here is seriously cold than our Malaysia weather which just around 13-23 degree Celsius, whereas in Malaysia you have to be in the weather of around 28-35 degree Celsius, well at first will felt very cold here, but after a while, you will find it, is isn't that cold actually.
other than cold, being in UK really have to check and rely on weather forecast a lot because it's 80% giving out true information not like in our country Malaysia. Because we really need to rely a lot on the weather forecast to determine what we should wear for that day. Seriously, I don't even bother to check weather forecast in Malaysia. ^^
talking about the food here is really different,
based on the photo I uploaded and show here, seriously those one plate it's actually for 1 person
but we share among 5 persons, can you imagine that, really having a meal in UK better share with others or you can eat it for 2 meal for 1 sets of those, seriously big portion.
Well, food in UK it's actually more or ess the same in Malaysia, BUT, they don't have chilies sauce in the restaurant. ^^ they only got tomato sauce and BBQ sauce so as Mc Donalds here.
The only food I found no difference between Malaysia food is the SUBWAY. Seriously almost the same.
As far as concern, we cook our food all the time to save the money having our meal in restaurant.
Having a set of meal will cost you around 6 pounds but by cooking our own just cost around 1 pound per meal.
, B
Just a simple and nice food here.
Oh ya, there is one more thing I could not forgot mentioned here,
the vegetables is much harder than the one we had in Malaysia especially the cabbage.
have to do with different cooking style.
After having my 1 week lecture and also seminar
I found that the only difference between the teaching is that lecturer in UK they want you to learn by yourself whereas in Malaysia almost like "spoon feeding" just like my lecturer said. In UK, people learn by themselves, studying in library and doing research.
During my time food, drinks and noise is not allow in the library, but in UK all these are allowed.
Clear or not?
Really enjoy in UK
be happy always

seriously can't find it in Malaysia.
Well, after around 2 hours distance from Sheffield to Whitby, finally we are here
A place which full of boat, ships, all is for the purpose of catching fish
well..well..well...
that is not the most important part, after reaching here
we went to buy a map
seriously I can't believe there is a map machine that sell a 1pound map to me
this is the map
This is how it's actually look like...
of course bigger and clearer, the one i took is the sample it shown there..^^
after taking the map, we made our decision to visit a museum called Captain Cook
Actually not much to display because they not allow us to take photo inside the museum,
at least I took some boats ^^
after the museum session, we went to had our lunch most important thing is, it's fish and chips ^^
this is the shop we went Mister Chips ^^
the left hand side is mix with other fish, the right hand side is the cod fish
After lunch means shopping and walking time
Seriously, just to view around the store, and the candy floss here is awesome...
After this session, we went up to the top and visit this
this is it, Church of St Mary the Virgin
Seriously, the scenery, atmosphere and environment here is very nice,
I can't express it in words but the photo will do
Oh Yeah....really cool
After this beautiful scenery, we just walking around the town and of course weather not really good here
keep raining and stop and rain and stop
but overall I do enjoy this trip a lot

^^
Seriously feel happy and cool been to the Stadium
and anyway, this visitation cost you around 10 pounds to go in
and the ambassador will bring you around to explain each part of the stadium
Let the photo to explain
Feel like a boss when sitting in the VIP sits
Yeah ^^
After the visitation to Old Trafford
we heading to Manchester
and exploring the city
Personally thinking, its not hard to explore in UK
but seriously it's kinda easy to get lost if you trying to find the place that you want to go
^^
This is the first time I saw the Cathedrals in UK
These are all the photos where we took in People History Museum
Personal Opinion: Highly recommended to go to, it got lots of historic story about labour, secret society and many others too, just check it out.
After this one, we went to a very nice Library, John Rylands Library
Seriously stunning when you saw the structure, the books, the ceiling of this building.
This is the Manchester Town Hall, seriously cool.
The Shakespeare.
This is the city train which located in Manchester.
Updating soon ^^
Hope you guys enjoy it.
